Martin Dikkers

In Martin’s career, he has worked with 100s of business owners, specializing in the manufacturing field, in various Chief Financial Officer-types of roles. As a self-proclaimed “recovering CPA”, he began leading his own business, Cardinal Business Advisors, to include exit strategy and merger and acquisition (M&A) advising as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor in late 2022, complimenting his Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) certification from the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.

Brittny joined the firm in 2016 after years of managing a greenhouse and a family business. A graduate of UW-Madison in Business Management and French, Brittny loves to learn. She is a Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor and continues to pursue education and certifications in Accounting. Her problem-solving and multi-tasking skills contribute to the firm in a myriad of ways while processing bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and helping to keep the office running smoothly.
Outside of work Brittny’s passions lie with herbalism, cooking, and gardening. Fun with family and friends includes camping, kayaking, traveling, and playing cards. Weeding the garden on a hot summer day with her husband and two sons is her favorite task on the to-do list.
